8 oz warm filtered water (240 ml) (~120 °F / 49 °C)
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice (about ½ lemon)
Optional: ½ tsp raw honey
Optional: pinch cayenne pepper
Instructions
Heat water until warm but not boiling (about 120 °F / 49 °C).
Pour water into a heat-safe glass.
Stir in pink Himalayan salt until fully dissolved.
Add fresh lemon juice and optional raw honey or cayenne pepper.
Whisk gently and sip slowly over 2–3 minutes.
Wait 15–30 minutes before eating or drinking coffee.
Notes
You can skip the lemon and honey to keep the drink fasting-friendly.
