- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice (about ½ lemon)

Instructions
- Heat water until warm but not boiling (about 120 °F / 49 °C).
- Pour water into a heat-safe glass.
- Stir in pink Himalayan salt until fully dissolved.
- Add fresh lemon juice and optional raw honey or cayenne pepper.
- Whisk gently and sip slowly over 2–3 minutes.
- Wait 15–30 minutes before eating or drinking coffee.
