- 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger (optional)
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 2 cups filtered water

Instructions
- Boil the water in a pot or kettle.
- Add the lemon balm leaves and ginger to a teapot or infuser.
- Pour the hot water over the herbs and cover.
- Let it steep for 7–10 minutes.
- Strain into your favorite mug.
- Stir in the lemon juice and honey if using.
