Ingredients

  • 1/4 tsp Japanese pink salt (or Himalayan pink salt)
  • 810 oz warm filtered water (not boiling)
  • Juice from 1/2 fresh lemon (optional)
  • 1/41/2 tsp raw apple cider vinegar (optional)
  • 1 tsp raw honey (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp matcha powder (optional)
  • 12 fresh ginger slices (optional)

Instructions

  1. Warm 8–10 oz of filtered water until hot but not boiling.
  2. Pour the water into your favorite mug or heat-safe glass.
  3. Add 1/4 tsp Japanese pink salt and stir until fully dissolved.
  4. Add any optional ingredients like lemon, ACV, honey, matcha, or ginger.
  5. Taste and adjust with more water or honey if needed.
  6. Sip slowly on an empty stomach, 20–30 minutes before eating.

Notes

  • If you’re fasting, skip honey.
