- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice (about ½ lemon)
Instructions
- Pour the warm filtered water into a heat-safe glass or mug.
- Sprinkle in the Himalayan pink salt and stir until the crystals fully dissolve.
- Add the lemon juice and mix well. Optional: whisk in raw honey or a pinch of cayenne.
- Sip slowly over 2–3 minutes. For best results, wait at least 15 minutes before food or coffee.
